In these current, turbulent times, we think that it has never been more important to work together and provide support for each other in order that we can focus on what really matters:

Insight Multi-Academy Trust is actively looking for schools with similar ambition and values, who are serious about being the best they can be for the benefit of the young people in our schools, the staff who support them and the wider community. Whilst we are still a small, but ambitious Trust, the initial schools to join us will play a significant part in the way our governance is shaped for the future.

We adopt a partnership approach to school improvement, based on strong relationships and trust, through which schools can learn from each other, support each other and be part of something truly special.

This is a cross-phase multi-academy trust, so expressions of interest are invited from primary, middle and secondary schools. As a growing, local MAT, schools joining the Trust will be within a sensible driving distance of Stafford, where the Trust Headquarters is based.

Where discussions lead to serious consideration being given to joining the Trust, either fully, or as Associate Member, the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Finance Officer will provide support with the application to the DfE and the processes involved.
