Welcome from the Chair

In an educational world where change is ever present, Insight Multi-Academy Trust has been launched to encompass schools who share our vision and values. We believe strongly that schools should work in partnership together, with a key aim to ensure we have happy students, happy teachers and happy parents. We work hard to ensure that, during their time with us, the life chances of all young people are enhanced; we do our best to give all our students the opportunity to realise their ambitions, achieve their full potential and leave us equipped to meet real-life experiences.

This will best be realised when teachers are well-qualified, keep abreast of developments, both in education and their subject areas, and deliver exciting and challenging lessons in which students are engaged and give their best. This must be the case for all our young people. We must have high expectations of all, irrespective of background and ability, and support those in need to fulfil their potential, ready to face the next stage of their lives.

Teamwork, embedded in good relations with high quality leadership and governance, engaged and well-motivated staff, supported by sound principles and policies, are at the heart of successful education. This is enhanced by opportunities within and outside of the formal curriculum, offering young people an experience to prepare them for their future lives.
